Ms. Moy started Micro Technologies Group in 1984 with an initial focus on
providing software development services. In 2014, she renamed the company Dianna Moy Consulting Services and has expanded to provide additional and enhanced
Information Technology, Telecommunications, and other business services.
Ms. Moy holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, and has nearly 40 years of experience ranging from programming, systems and network management, to Project and MIS management.
Ms. Moy has worked with Federal Government clients that include the United States Senate, Department of Energy, Department of Agriculture, and the Federal Aviation Administration.
She is also experienced in a wide range of hardware, software, and operating systems.
